Lighthouse Manor
This is located in West Bay. We built the shell structure of 3 buildings on this project. There were 13 units, 11 1bedroom and 2 2bedroom.

Portofino
Located in West Bay, one minute drive from the Turtle Farm. This project was completed in December 2020, we worked alongside Tag Development Group to complete 4 apartment buildings containing 32 units both 2 bedrooms and 1 bedroom.The property also has a peanut pool.

Orange Pointe Manor
Located in Prospect , five minute drive from Red Bay Primary Schol. This project was completed in October 2019, we worked alongside Tag Development Group to complete a townhouse complex with 2 buildings containing 4 2bedroom units and 4 1bedrooms .The property also has a pool.

Town and Country Apartments
We completed this project in West Bay in September 2017. We collaborated with Tag Development Group to construct and renovate apartments/condos in four buildings, each with six units (buildings 1 and 2) and twelve units (buildings 3 and 4).
